About this website

This website is dedicated to examine the Traditional Sunni Creed in comparison to different groups, creeds and sects. It serves as an international, open-access academic repository dedicated to preserving, documenting, and articulating the historical orthodoxy of Ahl as-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah. Our primary objective is to provide clear, verifiable, and source-driven education on classical Islamic theology, specifically contrasting it with modern reform movements, ideologies, movements, different worldviews and also alternative religions.

We operate strictly within an enzyclopedic and academic framework. We do not originate personal opinions or sectarian polemics. Instead, our research methodology relies entirely on:

  • Primary Sources: Verifiable textual evidence from classical Islamic

manuscripts and printed editions.

  • Scholarly Consensus (Ijma): Documentation of the historical agreements

of the Ash'ari, Maturidi, and traditional Athari/Hanbali schools of creed.

  • Peer Review: All core theological articles undergo rigorous review by

contemporary, traditionally authorized scholars (Ulama) and academic researchers.

By educating the global Muslim public and non-Muslim researchers on the traditional boundaries of Islamic theology, we actively work to prevent ideological extremism (Ghuluw) and unauthorized excommunication (Takfir). We believe that academic literacy is the most effective tool to safeguard societies from radicalized interpretations.
